What You’ll Do

  • Play a key part in the 360 sales lifecycle, from identification to proof of concept, proposal, and closing of contract agreements
  • Take ownership of actively hunting new business opportunities via outbound sales activities; primarily calls/emails through to meeting the prospect business decision-makers
  • Create and implement outside of the box activities to attract and generate new business
  • Meet with prospects on-site, carry out fact-finding needs analysis (FFNA), and consult potential customers on how SOTI’s products can solve their business mobility challenges
  • Work closely with the Sales Engineers to propose tailored solutions
  • Accurately forecast and track leads and activities using Salesforce
  • Continuously stay up to date with technology trends and new releases relevant to SOTI business solutions
  • Attend company and industry events across the region – travel is essential in this position

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in directly generating revenue through multiple sales channels
  • Hunting experience, proactive sales approach.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of sales techniques and methodologies such as Value-Added Selling
  • Experience or strong interest in Technology and Software related products
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of CRM & ERP systems to track and forecast sales activities (Salesforce a plus)
  • Individual passion, energy, and drive to hit and exceed targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other Sales Team members (Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Lead Generation etc.)
  • Strong communication skills to talk confidently about our products to customers   
  • Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) or Internet of things (IoT) is a plus
