What You'll Do
As a Campus Recruiter on SOTI's Campus Recruitment Team, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges primarily across the UK and Ireland, as well as other regions in EMEA. You will assist in executing SOTI's campus recruiting strategy to increase our brand awareness among tomorrow's workforce. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing the internship and co-op hiring program for your portfolio, from recruitment through to offer. You will also act as an advisor to internal business partners, helping them attract and build a pipeline of campus talent.
The Campus Recruitment Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with targeted colleges and universities, managing on-campus and student recruitment activities globally, and elevating our brand to attract the best student talent to support our growth. Reporting to the Talent Partner Manager for EMEA, your key deliverables will include:
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key universities, colleges, and community partners to develop our university pipeline.
- Serving as a brand ambassador for SOTI with candidates, student groups, education partners, and through effective social media presence.
- Developing partnerships and relationships with internal business partners in the People and Culture department and across organizational business lines to support campus recruitment efforts.
- Leading the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates for our internship, co-op, and new graduate programs.
- Facilitating the conversion of high-performing interns into full-time SOTI employees upon graduation.
- Assisting in the design and execution of university recruiting strategies, finding creative ways to attract top talent (e.g., career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, office tours).
- Collaborating with the Campus Recruitment Team and regional management to determine hiring goals at the university and graduate levels.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive candidate experience in all candidate interactions.
- Working on ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
Experience You'll Bring
- Some experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and act as the Campus subject matter expert, building networks, and demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
- Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability to client service. You have a creative problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
