Responsibilities
- Develop and scale a channel-driven business strategy for driving growth through SOTI's top channel partners in North America.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch partner programs to maximize channel-driven business pipeline and growth.
- Lead Account Executives, Field Marketing, and pre-sales engineers to implement channel-driven growth strategies and account plans for key accounts.
- Streamline processes and workflows/programs to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and wallet share expansion with SOTI.
- Utilize exceptional consultative channel selling skills and interpersonal abilities with executive-level customers and partners.
- Provide channel support in complex implementation projects involving senior executives.
- Leverage C-level relationships to sell solutions effectively against competitors.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create a GTM plan with the partner ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams within both SOTI and partner organizations.
- Drive large, complex commercial and legal negotiations in collaboration with procurement, legal, and business teams in large enterprises.
- Collaborate with pre-sales (in-house/partner) and customers' technical leads to define migration plans and build business cases for migrations.
- Demonstrate expertise in channel program management, leading and implementing high-impact programs with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities, driving high-growth revenue goals with minimal guidance and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- 7-10+ years of leadership experience in IT services and SaaS.
- Extensive experience in LATAM regions with a deep understanding of regional nuances, cultures, and sales best practices.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Proficient in mobility concepts such as COPE, BYOD, and IoT and their relevance to the market.
- Familiarity with Android and Apple OS and their positions within various commercial industries.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
- Successful leadership and support of large IT change management projects for mission-critical software applications.
- Knowledge of the mobility management partner ecosystem in LATAM.
- Familiarity with business analytics, governance, and compliance within the mobility landscape.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% per month within the LATAM region.
- Ability to travel to SOTI HQ in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, when required.
- Candidate should reside in the LATAM region (Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia preferred).
