Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, directing them to the appropriate department, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Preparing board rooms for meetings and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors/clients.
- Responding to inquiries and providing general information.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and handling mail and courier packages.
- Managing calendars, processing expense reports, and arranging travel.
- Assisting the accounting department with data entry and reconciling credit card statements.
- Proactively managing office supplies and kitchen cleanliness.
- Handling general office and housekeeping duties as assigned.
Experience You'll Bring:
- A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and high initiative.
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
