Responsibilities

Drive ERP implementation, integration, and adoption for all human resources functions Manage the full life cycle of employees, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits Take ownership of employee file management and documentation processes Enhance, develop, and enforce HR policies Develop, implement, and enhance performance management plans Develop, implement, and enhance HR programs and supporting systems Collaborate with staff at all levels on employee relations matters Lead wellness and health & safety initiatives Create reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR department and leadership team Stay up to date on current HR laws and trends and provide consultative support to senior leadership as required Work with remote offices to implement and monitor HR policies and practices Collaborate with other members of the HR team on recruitment and training tasks

Qualifications

8+ years of HR Generalist experience with at least 2+ years of management/HRBP experience Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or CHRP designation strongly preferred Strong insights on strategy in Learning and Development, Employee Connect, Automation, Process, Policies, etc. Experience working for a mid-size firm experiencing high growth is required Strong global HR experience strongly desired Experience in software, technology, or a similar industry would be a strong asset Proven project management experience, including designing, implementing, and rolling out new programs Ability to act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, recommending solutions and providing suggestions for improvement Proven track record of handling competing priorities
