What You'll Do

Optimize scheduling and management of meetings/calendars for VPs (including internal company meetings and external meetings with customers, partners, etc.) Coordinate recruitment of guest speakers from within the company for specific internal team meetings Handle travel requests and manage business expenses for VPs Assist in the preparation of monthly sales communication presentations Attend various internal leadership meetings and record meeting minutes Assist teams in booking venues/lunches for QBRs and team-building activities Coordinate initiatives in support of the local community (e.g., holiday toy drive, food bank donations)
