As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of new and existing customers, maximizing their experience with SOTI products. This includes providing technical support, generating revenue through add-on sales, delivering professional service training, and following up on support cases. Maintaining a high level of customer service is essential in this role as a representative of SOTI.

What You'll Do
- Develop and increase revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, representing SOTI in a warm, professional, well-spoken, and caring manner.
- Conduct on-site and remote demonstrations of SOTI products.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to potential customers.
- Analyze SOTI's market segment and generate product roadmap recommendations.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, communicating with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.
- Provide pre and post-sales technical support for our software products via email and telephone.
- Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting, etc.).
- Possess knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile).
- Have vertical market expertise within the carrier market.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize workload, consistently meeting service standards and agreed objectives.
- Prior experience with mobile device management solutions, enterprise mobility, BYOD, and SaaS is an asset.
- Possess knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, and CRM solutions (asset).
- Have experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle (asset).
- Familiarity with containerization and virtualization (asset).
- Fluent in French and English or Dutch and English.
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo a background check.
