We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager fluent in German, with a strong background in technical engineering, problem-solving capabilities, and a solid networking foundation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service and account management. Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Mobility, Windows Server, MS SQL, and related technologies would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on the configuration of SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management software to meet project deliverables, including software installation, application configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct Discovery Calls with customers to gather requirements for Work Orders.
- Complete Scope of Work documents detailing the agreed works with customers and recommending necessary SOTI products and services for accurate quotations.
- Carry out Work Orders, such as Implementations, Migrations, and Upgrades to SOTI software, both remotely and on-premises, based on customer and business needs.
- Deliver remote and on-site training courses on SOTI software.
- Act as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for a small number of SOTI Enterprise Support Customers, serving as a customer advocate, point of escalation for issue resolution, and trusted advisor.
- Provide feedback to the SOTI software development team for product fixes, enhancements, and improvements.
- Assist Support and Pre-Sales teams with technical issues and participate in software quality assurance activities, including testing and documentation.
- Develop and improve documentation to support standard implementation and support processes.
- Accurately and timely document all Work Orders and Support Cases.
- Maintain a support knowledge base by logging all testing, troubleshooting, research, and general information on known issues and workarounds.
- Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years in advanced technical positions (implementation specialist, technical support, solutions architect) with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions, working in a complex IT environment.
- Strong interest in mobility, solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies, along with working knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows Operating Systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, resolution, and analytical skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
- Solid communication skills, along with the ability to build and manage trusting relationships with large enterprises.
- Ability to multitask and balance competing requirements.
- Ability to train a variety of audiences on the use of SOTI software, both in person and remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Takes the initiative and leads projects to successful completion.
- Experience in MS SQL (scripting and administration).
- Robust understanding of Networking concepts and principles, including certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and routing.
- Windows Server administration knowledge (LDAP/AD, services, and troubleshooting).
- Must be fluent in both English and German.
