Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the sales strategy through quarterly business reviews. Manage templates and data sources, provide insights and analysis to understand sales performance, track KPIs, and monitor the sales execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the weekly Drive Plan sessions by analyzing the pipeline, forecasting trends, and providing insights into future business potential or risk management, and promoting funnel hygiene best practices.
  • Document and maintain Sales process guides, new hire training material, sales refreshers, and Business Operations Playbooks.
  • Facilitate continuous communication and feedback between Sales and other functional teams, and implement best-practice business processes for Sales.
  • Identify areas for process improvements across key sales processes, and implement and automate enhancements to drive efficiencies across the sales cycle.
  • Promote funnel hygiene and ongoing opportunity management best practices within the sales organization.
  • Assist with regional sales queries related to Salesforce, quoting, commercials, and reporting as coverage for the regional deal desk.
  • Support the analysis of go-to-market initiatives and commercial programs to drive sales.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as required.

Experience You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business/Sales Operations, preferably in a SAAS environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a sales deal desk/forecasting responsibilities.
  • Salesforce power user (Reports, Dashboards, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proactive in finding solutions.
  • Process-oriented, with great time management skills and a focus on prioritization.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.
