What You'll Do

SOTI's SEO Campus Recruitment Team is looking for a talented individual to attract, engage, and hire top talent from universities and colleges primarily across the UK and Ireland, as well as other regions in EMEA. As an SEO Campus Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in executing SOTI's campus recruiting strategy to enhance brand awareness among future professionals. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for internships and co-op programs within your portfolio, from recruitment to offer. Additionally, you will act as an advisor to internal business partners, helping them attract and build a talented pipeline from campuses.

The SEO Campus Recruitment Team's responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with targeted colleges and universities, overseeing on-campus recruitment activities and global student events, and elevating our brand to attract the best student talent in support of our growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of SOTI by leveraging your drive and passion for delivering outstanding recruitment experiences. You will report to the Talent Partner Manager for EMEA, and your key deliverables will include:

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key universities, colleges, and community partners to develop our university pipeline.
• Serving as a SOTI brand ambassador with candidates, student groups, education partners, and maintaining an effective social media presence.
• Developing partnerships and relationships with internal business partners in People and Culture and other organizational business lines to support campus recruitment efforts.
• Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates in our internship, co-op, and new graduate programs.
• Facilitating the conversion of high-performing interns into full-time SOTI employees upon graduation.
• Designing and executing university recruiting strategies, finding creative ways to attract top talent through career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, office tours, etc.
• Collaborating with the Campus Recruitment Team and regional management to establish hiring goals at the university and graduate level.
• Providing exceptional customer service to create a positive candidate experience in all interactions.
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and assigned duties.

Experience You'll Bring

• Some experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and serve as the SEO Campus Subject Matter Expert (SME), building networks and demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for client service. You possess a creative problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
