What You Will Do:
Develop and scale a channel-driven business strategy for LATAM, focusing on top channel partners in the region.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch partner programs that boost channel-driven business pipeline and growth.
Lead Account Executives, Field Marketing, and pre-sales engineers to implement channel-driven growth strategies for key accounts.
Streamline processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and expand market share with SOTI.
Excel in consultative channel selling and build strong relationships with executive-level customers and partners.
Support senior executives in complex implementation projects and ensure channel support is readily available.
Leverage C-level relationships to promote SOTI solutions against competitors.
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop a GTM plan with the partner ecosystem.
Lead cross-functional teams within SOTI and partner organizations.
Manage large complex commercial and legal negotiations in collaboration with procurement, legal, and business teams.
Collaborate with pre-sales and customers' technical leads to define migration plans and build business cases for migrations.
Implement impactful channel programs with cross-functional teams.
Handle multiple time-sensitive projects, driving high-growth revenue goals with precision and minimal guidance.
7-10+ years of leadership experience in IT services and SaaS.
Extensive experience working with different regions in LATAM, with deep cultural understanding and knowledge of sales best practices.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Strong understanding of mobility concepts such as COPE, BYOD, and IoT and their relevance in the market.
Experience with Android and Apple OS and their roles in various commercial industries.
Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Successful management of large IT change management projects for mission-critical software applications.
Knowledge of the mobility management partner ecosystem in LATAM.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM.
Ability to travel up to 35% per month within the LATAM region and occasionally to SOTI HQ in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Ideal candidate location: LATAM region (Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia area preferred).
