The Procurement and Facilities Associate plays a crucial role within the Procurement and Supplier Management function at SOTI, reporting to the Global Procurement Manager. Responsibilities:

  • Partner effectively with internal business units.
  • Manage the procurement life cycle, including sourcing and acquiring goods and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery specifications, prioritizing requests based on stakeholder needs.
  • Present pricing and service options, including cost-saving analysis, supplier comparisons, and solution recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, conducting market research to understand current and future offerings relevant to our business.
  • Negotiate prices, terms and conditions, delivery specifications, and services.
  • Ensure a smooth and timely process for executing invoice payments in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Work with the legal department to ensure contracts align with buying decisions.
  • Provide assistance to the operations team when necessary.
  • Create purchase orders and expense reports for corporate credit card purchases, with a focus on the marketing category.
  • Manage facilities inventory, including marketing assets.

Experience You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and accomplishments.
  • 2-3 years of procurement experience.
  • A vehicle and valid driver's license are required for this role.
  • Demonstrates a working understanding of MS Office, with strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple project deliverables effectively on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent commercial understanding and business acumen.
