Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow revenue by employing consultative selling techniques with clients and prospects, representing SOTI in a warm, professional, and caring manner.
  • Conduct on-site and remote demonstrations of SOTI products to potential customers.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers.
  • Analyze SOTI's market segment and contribute recommendations for product roadmaps.
  • Investigate and address customer-reported issues by collaborating with internal product development teams.
  • Offer email and telephone-based pre and post-sales technical support for SOTI's software products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking principles, including Firewalls, Network Protocols, and Subnetting.
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile).
  • Vertical market expertise within the carrier market.
  • Effective planning, prioritization, and organization skills, meeting service standards and objectives consistently.
  • Previous experience with mobile device management solutions, enterprise mobility, BYOD, and SaaS is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, and CRM solutions is beneficial.
  • Experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with containerization and virtualization is a plus.
