Responsibilities
- Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to consult with clients/stakeholders and help them envision the possibilities of mobility.
- Perform product demonstrations highlighting the business and technical value of SOTI solutions.
- Educate and facilitate the adoption of SOTI solutions that address both business and technical outcomes effectively.
- Present solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during Proof of Concept (POC) for prospective customers.
- Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues and provide recommendations for product roadmaps (feature requests).
- Assist in the execution of internal team projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS.
- Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a pre-sales/sales engineer.
- Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.).
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Identity provider (IdP), certificates, encryption, etc.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, certificate authorities, and identity management systems.
- Understanding and experience with Databases (e.g., MS SQL server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical complexities effectively.
- Understanding and/or knowledge of business processes.
- Understanding of containerization and virtualization.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
- Efficient in planning, prioritizing, and organizing workload to consistently meet service standards and objectives.
Nice to Have
- Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
- Android Enterprise professional.
- Any formal sales training - value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman.
- Understanding of Rest APIs and coding (e.g., Java Scripting, HTML, etc.).
- Understanding or knowledge of Cloud Computing.
- Experience with customer service/Incident management software.
- Multilingual capabilities.
