We are looking for a Sales Principal Instructor to join our rapidly expanding EMEA team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional training and provide coaching to our newly hired salespeople. We are searching for an individual who not only possesses excellent facilitation skills but also understands value selling methodologies and has a genuine passion for learning about technical solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the sales skills, confidence, and performance of our sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop your own knowledge and the knowledge of others about the entire SOTI One Platform product portfolio, including but not limited to MobiControl, and other MDM/EMM platforms as applicable.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's products, target market, sales tools, and processes.
  • Provide ongoing sales training, coaching, and feedback to new hires to accelerate their onboarding and ensure their success.
  • Deliver engaging and impactful sales training sessions to educate and empower salespeople in various selling techniques, value propositions, and product/technical knowledge.
  • Actively mentor and disseminate knowledge to internal and external global audiences, which may include partners, customers, and end-users.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement within the sales team, collaborating with the Global Sales Enablement team to tailor training programs and coaching to address specific needs.
  • Utilize training materials such as presentations, role plays, case studies, and e-learning modules to ensure effective delivery and knowledge retention.
  • Conduct training sessions in an engaging and interactive manner, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques (virtual or in-person), tools, and technologies to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Implement and reinforce sales methodologies and best practices, with a focus on value selling techniques, through continuous coaching and reinforcement activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to SOTI's product offerings. Incorporate and update training content and coaching strategies accordingly.
  • Be aware of the contractual relationships between partners and SOTI, understanding the limitations and operational parameters governing information sharing with each partner.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in delivering training to accommodate global time zones.

Experience You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of training, sales processes, value selling methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills demonstrated through the development and enhancement of new programs and initiatives.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales representatives to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills (both verbal and written), with keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly grasp, troubleshoot, simplify, and communicate technical concepts to salespeople.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions that resonate with the audience.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous learning mindset and an interest in staying updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices in training and coaching.
  • Collaborative approach ensuring excellent relationships and effectiveness with the direct team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and prioritize training initiatives.
