We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Technical Support Specialist fluent in French and English, who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, and is passionate about driving technology forward.

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-sales technical support for our software products via phone and email in both French and English.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their queries and provide timely responses to improve customer experience.
  • Deliver superior customer service in relation to our MDM solutions, troubleshooting application queries, and addressing customer questions.
  • Utilize various devices to replicate customer environments for in-depth troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles, including Firewalls, Network Protocols, and Subnetting.
  • Previous knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2008/2012, and other technologies (e.g., SQL/Virtual servers).
  • Familiarity with mobile computing platforms, such as Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (exceptions for qualified candidates).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong team player with qualities like flexibility, hard work, quick learning, self-motivation, and results orientation.
  • Efficient in planning, prioritizing, and organizing workload to consistently meet service standards and objectives.
